To cook 750g of Meat take fine chopped 200g onion, make paste of 15g ginger and 10g garlic & 5 green chilli Fry it in 50g ghee/oil till it turns golden brown. Now add 100g sliced tomato, 30g Titli Mutton King Meat Masala, 150g beaten curd, washed meat pieces, salt to taste, and one tea spoon of Titli Rogan Josh Mirch. Fry till oil sepatates. Finally add 200ml water & cook it in pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Release pressure, remove lid & simmer flame. Now delicious & flavorful meat is ready to serve hot with naan or tandoori roti.
