Ingredients
3/4 cup cooked whole wheat noodles, 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun), 1/2 cup chopped spring onions with greens, 1/4 cup thinly sliced and parboiled carrot, 1/4 cup thinly sliced and parboiled baby corn, 1/4 cup capsicum , thinly sliced into strips, 1/2 cup bean sprouts, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oil salt to taste
Method
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the garlic. Add the spring onion whites, carrots, baby corn, capsicum, bean sprouts and salt and sauté over a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the noodles, soya sauce and spring onions greens and saute for another 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
