Titli Samber Masala: Pressure cook 200g Arhar dal in 750 ml water. Soak 20g tamarind in 1/2 cup at warm water for 30 min. and extract pulp. Serve in a pan heat 50g ghee/cooking oil & try 1 tspn. mustard seeds and curry leaves 2 chopped onions till golden. Add 250g assorted vegetables pieces like brinjals drum sticks marrow peas carrots etc. 4 tspn. Samber masala salt to taste & try. Transfer cooked dal alongwith water to the vegetables. Add tamarind extract cover and simmer til the vegetable are lender.
